What we collect
When you order or contact us we collect your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order history, and the card message you write. If you create an account we also store your password in hashed form.
We do not store card numbers. Payments are handled by Stripe and only a token and the last four digits reach this site.
How we use it
- To take, make, deliver and support your order.
- To send receipts and delivery updates.
- To send seasonal offers, only if you opt in. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- To meet tax and accounting rules.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Stripe for payments, our delivery drivers (name, address and phone of the recipient), our email and hosting providers, and our accountant. Each receives only what it needs to provide its service.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and your login. If we turn on analytics or advertising tools we will list them here by name and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Recipients
When you send flowers to someone else we use their name, address and phone number only to deliver the order. We do not add them to any mailing list.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at hello@florists.florixstudios.com. We act on requests within 30 days. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.
Residents of states with privacy laws, including Texas, may have additional rights. Write to us and we will honor them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
